The loudest voices in our society are constantly talking about how if you move more and are smaller you’ll be better, morally superior, etc.
We’ve all caught on that that’s simply not true.
The truth is only 25% of what determines our health has to do with the things that are impacted by our behavior and what we do.
While we know there isn’t validity to the notion that we’re morally superior and a better person if we’re thin and eat all the right things, it’s all too easy to be subtly influenced by this concept. It infiltrates our conscience.
What if the way we self-reject and the harm that causes to our bodies with the burdens we carry and not getting our basic needs met, is more detrimental that not eating all the ‘right’ foods?
