What seems to trip us up so much?
Many times in my couseling sessions, I hear that people feel triggered and begin focusing more on their flaws when they’re heading to the doctor’s or going on a vacation.
What happens in that one moment/thought/memory leads us to ‘my body is bad/wrong’.
OR
We have something in ‘now time’ that feels close to what we once experienced as rejection and we go back to that place.
