When we work at intuitive eating, after so long, we can become discouraged if we’re not seeing the results we thought we would.

This can cause us to throw out the things we’ve been doing (that are actually adding value to us) or we think that there is something wrong with us.

But what if it’s not what we’re doing wrong, but what we’re missing.
