In this video we talk about ‘checking out’ and how that contributes to our unconscious eating. The reality is we all check out around something, whether or not that thing is food. This response is limited but absolutely not the worst thing you can do. Checking out is our response to an overwhelming situations when we feel we don’t have the capacity to handle.
