We follow food rules for many different reasons. Some are very surface reasons like, ‘my doctor told me to’ or ‘I simply wanted to lose weight’. Other times there’s a much deeper reason such as protection, using rules as a container for your inner chaos or using the rules as a means to find identity.

Whatever the reason we find ourselves following food rules, this series is meant to help you go deeper into finding out that reason and then figuring out what the first step beyond the rules might be.
