When we don't get a say

The amount of food & calories your body needs and your trauma – two things that we don’t really get to have a say on.

Your body needs what it needs and trauma experiences that lead to survival happen to us without asking if it’s okay.

And then often times, these two things like to co-mingle, and well, we don’t really get a say in that either.
