I don’t think there are too many people who enjoy lab work. Anyone out there? For many of us, we tend to have a ‘knee-jerk’ reaction when we see something ‘abnormal’ or off when we get our lab results back.
It’s important to remember that labs are information about our bodies and there can be a number of factors that ultimately affect how your labs read – and many of them can be out of your control.
So… don’t restrict but get to the root of what’s going on. In this video series, I show you how to do just that.
IF YOU HAVE LAB WORK, DON’T FREAK OUT & RESTRICT
It is important that we remember that labs are information. Ultimately, we don’t have total control over the outcome of our lab work. Many of the results that can come up can be affected by many different factors – environmental, sickness, stress, genetics, etc. If you go to the doctor and get lab work done and it’s not what you expected, don’t restrict. Be informed and go to the source, it may not be you and you may not have done something wrong diet wise.
