WHY WE STILL CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT OUR FOOD
Shame always happens in relationship. No one wakes up in a bubble of isolation and feels shame. That ‘relationship’ can be with anything – including diet culture which tries to convince us that there is something wrong with us and that they just so happen to have the solution for that problem. This week – pay attention to have many times you feel that you did something wrong with your food.

We get ‘un-shamed’ in safe relationships. As a young child, if we’re not met with affirmation around our curiosity with our body, we’ll begin to develop shame around our body being different. Begin to think about what was missing when you felt different or shamed – what did you receive and what did you actually need?
RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF HEALS
