In the society and culture we live in there is the potential and opportunity to be triggered by E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.
In this week’s video series, we talked about some more nuanced things that can trigger us and ultimately how we can overcome being triggered.
BEING LESS TRIGGERED BY DIET CULTURE

CAPTURE, CHALLENGE & CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS

WHEN GOODNESS IS A TRIGGER
Are you triggered by goodness? Do you self-sabotage when things are going well? Usually, we’re sensing something in our system that something is wrong, even if on the surface nothing is wrong. Is there something in you that feels the shoe is just going to drop because that’s the narrative you know. Are there places in your life that you find you’re dismissing the good?
