There are many different steps we can take on the road of our recovery journey. Some are measurable and some aren’t as much, but all are valid when we’re staying true to ourselves and what our body needs. This week we talked about overcoming overwhelm by slowing down and how we can build our ‘team’ of people and things around us that will support us on the journey.

WHEN THE PIECES AREN’T PERFECT

A key to recovery success is knowing who or what is on your team and has your back. My encouragement to you in this video is to not give up when the first option you try isn’t the best fit – keep going, keep pursuing until you find the one that clicks.
