Hello all,

I have been thinking about how easy it is to be out of relationship with pleasurable eating.  We rush. 

We don’t know what we like because eating hasn’t been about satisfaction, hunger and fullness. Our culture readily encourages working through lunches and let’s face it, us women whether by conditioning or trying not to rock the boat, don’t take the time or fill time with busyness.

​It is time to take charge.  Start considering that you deserve to take the time for yourself to eat meals that you enjoy.  If that means eating/ordering in/eating with others, treat yourself as you would a guest.  


Let me know how you are doing with providing for yourself.  It takes time to believe that you are worth any effort to give yourself permission to get your needs met without guilt.
