As humans, we like to try and have everything make sense. We like lists and plans and programs to help us manage externally what we’re feeling internally.
But when we choose to embrace a life of hunger and fullness, it can’t become just another ‘plan’ (you know, kinda like that diet plan). The goal has to remain freedom. The goal has to be for your food journey to be a place of becoming and that rarely looks like a plan or ‘follow steps 1, 2, 3’ and you will have success. The journey is fluid and can look like steps forward and backwards. The beautiful thing is that when we keep our values central to our journey, that is a success in its own right.
