Food recovery can feel like a lot of mental, emotional and physical work.

But there’s also a science behind recovery. This is where our neuropathways come in.

When we come into agreement with scary, shame-filled, negative thoughts about our food, body, we are enforcing an old neuropathway that says our needs, hunger can’t be trusted, we eat too much, etc. 

If we don’t learn to un-blend from it, we enforce it deeper.
