Movement is designed to be an activity that we can enjoy that can also provide aliveness, strength and vitality to our lives.
Unfortunately, for many, movement has become a threat response.

• separating healthy desires to move and unhealthy past fear
• Accepting our limitations
Additionally, I want you to know that ‘No pain, no gain’ is harmful.
Not every workout needs to hurt in order to be beneficial. Don’t believe that lie.
