Life on it’s own can feel overwhelming at times. Add in the fact that when you’re making the intentional step to live a non-diet life, you’re choosing a way that is counter-cultural. Because of that, you won’t often find the support, encouragement or affirmation that you would want. This can leave us feeling fuzzy along the journey and needing to remind ourselves why we’re doing what we’re doing.
