I wanted to share a quick video about experimenting to help you work through two common sticking points with Intuitive Eating.

What to do when it feels like we might be eating too much too often AND when we find ourselves having a hard time getting full late at night and not being hungry the next day.

Just remember nothing is wrong where you are at; we are all learning and if we see this as a place to experiment with versus fear, we give ourselves time and attention to notice and honor what we need, which is something to be proud of!
