Hi dear ones,

I was very honored to speak with Corrine Dobbas on her podcast (link below) about what our bodies and food thoughts/behaviors are saying about our deeper wants and needs and facing the romantization of thinness.

Yes living in fat phobic culture isn’t easy if you are not thin, but romanticizing thinness as a way to get all of your needs met to never feel uncomfortable is a dangerous trap too!

Friends, let’s get clear about what are true needs, wants and values are and find ways to get there — together.

After you listen, let me know below, or email me if that feels better, what you are looking for through thinness?

What have else have tried besides believing that the only way for “them” to be okay with you is through your body?
Much love
Tracy
