Getting ‘stuck’ is something that we ALL have experienced at some point. Overwhelm, feelings of worn out, anxiety and depression are the leading causes to feeling stuck when it comes to our food recovery.
When we get overwhelmed, we fall into auto-pilot patterns that do not serve us. So what are we to do when that happens?

When we become overwhelmed and stay in that place of hypo- / hyper-activation, we need something bigger than us to bring focus. That place is not where you will thrive and you are worth the effort it will take to achieve focus so that you can thrive.
