This week we’re re-sharing some videos we’ve created over the years with the focus topic being breaking free from body shame.
I want to remind you to capture those shame feelings about your body and name them as they are :
an experience of something or someone trying to control their feelings, thoughts or actions by making YOU think that you have a body problem.
The truth is – you don’t 🙂
My encouragement this week is to use the videos below to get clear about who or what triggers the shame. From there we can learn to become the voice of truth, love and protection against the outside that would tell you something about your body is inherently bad.
