It can be hard to watch my videos, to take in the resources that you need.

So I want you to give yourself a pat on the back if/when you come to the realization that you’re on a food recovery journey and maybe there are still parts of you that don’t want to recover.

Maybe you’re just not there yet.

Or maybe you need to build more safety before you move onto the next step of recovery.

Whatever the case may be, I want to encourage you that I know how big of a deal it is to be able to have compassion for yourself in the places where you need ‘more’.
