Good Day Everyone!

Thanks again to everyone who joined my Facebook Live chat last night!  Stay posted here and on my facebook page for the next one coming in the next week or two.

Today’s intro to my video will be short.  Just going to dive right into emotional eating.  I will say that leaving emotional eating behind as the primary means of NOT being with our emotions takes time and repetition of new skills , unending compassion and desire to know yourself.
