None of us are immune to the diet culture siren songs of this time of year – resolutions, weight loss goals, detoxing and more can be found rampant on the internet.
While I am a proponent of any time is a good time to set a goal to love yourself more (you don’t have to wait until the new year start), if you find yourself ready to step into an intuitive eating journey for the first time or more fully, it can feel overwhelming to know where to start. And if we do have a goal, oftentimes they can feel big and overwhelming and we’re left not knowing where to start.
