I’m sure this information will not come as a shock – but the beginning of each year always brings an inundation of diet culture into our lives. It typically comes under the slippery guise of health and wellness, feeling better, having a better life. Just everything being better.

At the end of the day, people are desperate to not feel their own pain.
There’s no judgement as I type that. Everyone can understand the desire to want to escape hard, painful things.

But what if there was a different way?
What if it was possible to have a better quality of life that aligns with your values and doesn’t require having to give into diet culture?

It will make you different when you choose to be done with diet culture.
There’s also a slight risk.
And you have to be willing to be uncomfortable.
