I want you to write down the top 10 diet culture lies that you need to see dismantled in your life. Then, I want you to write down who told you those lies.
Part of the intuitive eating journey is learning to unglue ourselves from the thoughts and lies we have in our heads.
If we don’t challenge them with compassion and curiosity, we start to believe those thoughts and they become who we believe ourselves to be.
This is dangerous because our identity is not found in the lies in our heads or that other people tell us.
