By venturing on this journey towards freedom from dieting, emotional and binge eating and other eating disorders, you all need help.  I don’t know anyone, including myself, who completely recovered on their own.  We have to pick people to support us but we can’t just pick anybody, even if we live with or are close to people.

In today’s video, here are two tips to create an environment to nurture your progress towards freedom from food obsession and body image concerns.
