Whether you celebrate the Christmas holiday or not, learning to slow down enough to know what it is you want / need, and then create the boundaries needed to actually take those things is in, is a vital key to food recovery.
For many this becomes more challenging during the holidays as demands on us increase.
This can lead to binging and deprivation, and in general, us ignoring what we need.
