I wonder if all of us at some point as some imbalance in our gut health. Constipation, bloating, heartburn , the uncomfortable stuff.
It’s tricky to know what was happening first, the gut health stuff or the eating issues. Regardless, food restriction is even more tricky because as we are making peace with food, restriction can cause deprivation eating or binging.
So…. how to we feel better gut health wise without restricting?
