I am here because my passion and commitment to helping people make peace with food and weight and learn to be more regulated versions of themselves through self care and understanding our bodies wisdom drives me to reach as many as I can.

You likely are here because you are tired of the obsession, fed up with trying do figure out how to stop binging or restricting on your own and want a compassionate place to learn, experiment and see some results in terms of feeling less guilt and knowing how to actually have food be food.

I can tell you that these are the exact tools that I use in my one on one sessions, so there is no holding back. The thing is though, they are not magic. They work because my clients take the time for themselves to practice them on a regular basis and continually learn and tweak things to match their individual situation.

Even though this is a self-study program you will have support through the Facebook group. From my own experience these type of programs, the more you engage, the more you will metabolize.

It is really important that you keep up with the readings/audios/exercises. The last thing I desire for you is to exchange your resources on a program that you don’t utilize. This program is for people who are serious about being free so it will take SELF-LOVE in the form of taking time to plan when you will review the materials, check in on Facebook.

One last bit of housekeeping, we will be keeping an eye on the Facebook group and strive to keep it as loving, safe and supportive as possible. Please, no talk of dieting and numbers. We are changing the paradigm here where we communicate with compassion, non-competition and integrity.

  • If you are struggling with separating your healthy voice from a disordered one I recommend Life without Ed by Jenni Schaefer

Don’t be overwhelmed. None of these books are mandatory but I believe they will give you a depth to all the topics in this course. I put a star by the top 3 if you have to limit your choices.

You can read them along with the materials, breaking them into sections each week. For example, read the first 20-50 pages of a book per assignment or per module.
