Learning to be an Attuned, intuitive Eater is a vital part of being an embodied, empowered women. It is however, just a part of wholeness. Addressing the transitions in life with information, non-judgement, humor, reverence and grace can help us feel more powerful and therefore, less prone to the belief that you have to focus on the external when you don't have control over the changes in your life or with your body. We can be confident at all ages in all body sizes.
Part of Attuned Eating is also addressing with compassion when our bodies need more attention to be healed, such as the case of adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, PCOS, period symptoms, GI problems and other conditions consistent with stress.
