Here are the details:
Once you have purchase your first month I will personally email you to schedule our first session. Prior to our first appointment, I will send you a questionnaire to get your history and goals.
Each month consists of:
* 3 One hour calls via skype or phone to identity what food concerns need healing, start intuitive eating and get clear on what is "freedom" and what is still "diet mentality" that will keep you stuck
*Email support for questions or suggestions
*Food Journal Review with Feedback
*Homework and reading to reinforce your more peaceful relationship with food and body
(Some people just need the one month to really get going; some people need several months until they soar. It seems it takes 3 months for most people to build a solid foundation and by 1 year, they have solidified themselves as Intuitive Eaters.)
It takes compassion, curiosity, courage and patience to come home to your true nature as an Intuitive Eater. You can become your own food expert, trust your body knows what it needs and will settle at a healthy weight. The tools are here and I am ready to walk through it with you.

Sometimes, we need a check-in or an over-view of what is happening with our food, weight or health from someone who can see the big picture.
I offer 90 min sessions addressing a variety of embodiement topics:
*What's holding you back from fulling getting your needs met (with food, body image, day-to-day self-care)
*Anything Intuitive Eating/Joyful Movement/Body Image
*Personality based coaching
*Somatic coaching to help you feel more safe in your body
*Health concerns such as feeling tired, wired, foggy, low strength and focus and GI discomforts
