A weekly in person gathering, m-f email connection from me, abundant weekly tools for practice and a facebook gathering.
It takes deep courage to explore how your relationship with food is a doorway in to knowing how to feed all the
hungers of your life. How we feed ourselves says everything about how we say yes and no to experiences
and people we encounter. To know how to be aligned with what your body is saying is the next step
to living in a more flowing relationship with your soul.
Yeah, I believe it is that deep!
I am dedicated to walking with you on this journey of wholeness. Because that is what it really is.
By giving yourself this time each month to learn to become more attuned to your body's wisdom,
you are saying, "I want to fully show up in my life; I want to flourish".
This a space where you can strengthen you Intuitive Eating skills. Keep on track with your recovery from disordered eating. Emotional or binge eating is not made to feel like a shameful thing here; we want to hear about it because we know it says something about a need you are not getting met and you have had long enough of not thriving!
This will be a sacred place where we all can nurture our needs for building each other up, not comparing or competing. We know this world does not encourage you loving your body or being your own nutrition and body expert, so this group support is an oasis of intuitive eating, body appreciation and authentic-living nourishment.
Each month will be a different topic for discussion based on what questions I get from you with time for questions and exercises for you to focus on each week. Monthly guest interviews.
No overwhelming amounts of "homework"; just exercises and information to focus on to strengthen your inner-listening skills.
We will also have a secret facebook group where you can be witnessed for where you are at as well.
